ENTRÉE SELECTIONSSurf and Turf - A jumbo lump crab cake and a four-ounce filet mignon cooked to perfection and served on a bed of chef made sauce béarnaise.Filet Mignon - One eight ounce filet mignon cooked to perfection and served on a bed of chef made sauce béarnaise. Crab Imperial- Fresh jumbo lump crab meat lightly tossed in our imperial sauce and baked. Crestmont Flounder - Fresh flounder filet stuffed with crab meat and shrimp, baked delicately in butter and spices and topped with imperial sauce. Rack of Lamb - New Zealand rack of lamb marinated with fresh rosemary, thyme and garlic. Served with fresh mint jelly. Dinners are served with a choice of soup, salad, sorbet and entrée with double stuffed baked potato and green beans. Or you can have a more casual dinner in The Pub.
