To help make sure everyone gets the room or Jacuzzi suite they want, when they want it, we've had to implement a deposit and cancellation policy for our Pennsylvania B&B.
- Please be prepared to make a one-night deposit when making your reservation.
- Unfortunately, the deposit for confirmed reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be forfeited.
- Reservations made within the 10-day period will be considered firm bookings.
- We accept personal checks, traveler’s checks, cash, gift certificates, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Please advise when arriving after 8:00 p.m.
- Two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays in season.
Policy
A one-night deposit is required when making a reservation. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to your arrival date result in a loss of deposit. Deposit amounts include 9 % tax (6% PA plus a 3% county room tax). Early check-outs will also result in loss of deposit. No pets allowed. Gratuities are discretionary. |
